Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional message credits. Your service won't be interrupted.
We don't offer a free trial, but you can book a demo with our team to see the platform in action and understand which plan is right for your business.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoice-based billing with custom payment terms.
